The Oconee Area Resource Council (OARC) is a community-wide cooperative coalition and functions as a Family Connection Partnership. In order to set goals for strengthening the lives of all families in Oconee County, we coordinate the efforts of community leaders, government, schools, parents, and students. OARC meets monthly to identify needs, monitor implementation and evaluate outcomes.

As a parent, you CANNOT give alcohol to your teen's friends under the age of 21 under any circumstances and CANNOT allow a person under 21, other than your own child, to remain in your home while consuming or possessing alcohol.
